1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and iplayphp with respect to your use of the iplayphp platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and customer support interactions. These Terms apply to all users of iplayphp, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing the platform without an account.

By accessing iplayphp.org or any subdomain thereof, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the iplayphp platform and close any account you may have registered.

2. Eligibility

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not eligible to use iplayphp.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by iplayphp or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or during your use of the platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on iplayphp. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on iplayphp, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. iplayphp reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iplayphp login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. iplayphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify iplayphp immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. iplayphp reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time if it believes your account security has been compromised.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

iplayphp supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to players in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at iplayphp's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your iplayphp wallet instantly upon confirmation of payment. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. iplayphp does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. iplayphp reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. iplayphp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the iplayphp cashier page. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per week, as specified in the cashier section of your account.

• All funds deposited into your iplayphp account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• iplayphp does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits, subject to iplayphp's verification requirements.
• iplayphp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

iplayphp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all iplayphp bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: iplayphp reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the iplayphp platform operate according to published rules and use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published in the game information section of the iplayphp platform.

By participating in any game on iplayphp, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by a certified random number generator and is not influenced by iplayphp or any third party.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers and are subject to the same randomness as their land-based equivalents.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome, iplayphp reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• iplayphp's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a fair and respectful manner at all times, including in live dealer game chat functions. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward dealers or other players will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iplayphp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on iplayphp, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the iplayphp platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the iplayphp platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to iplayphp support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the iplayphp platform.
• Providing false identity information or documentation during the verification process.
• Accessing the iplayphp platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your iplayphp account, or using another player's account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services .

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the iplayphp platform, including but not limited to the iplayphp brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of iplayphp or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the iplayphp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the iplayphp platform without prior written consent from iplayphp.

9. Privacy & Data

iplayphp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at iplayphp.org/privacy-policy. By using the iplayphp platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iplayphp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the iplayphp platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

iplayphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your iplayphp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

iplayphp does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. iplayphp reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

11. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to any pending investigation or dispute will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

You may close your iplayphp account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure, including any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification requests.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the iplayphp platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Online gaming in the Philippines is regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). iplayphp operates within the applicable regulatory framework for online gaming in the Philippines.

14. Amendments

Your continued use of the iplayphp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
